Hugh Jackman Poses Wallpaper

Hugh had a workout regime that will make your eyes water. Firstly he trained between 60 and 90 minutes and secondly he trained very early in the morning, by early I'm talking about 4am in the morning some mornings because of his acting commitments.

Hugh's workout consisted of two types of training regime; the first was a muscle building phase and the second was a strength training phase.

The muscle building phase consisted of changing the tempo of the lifting rather than the amount of weight being lifted. The tempo involved taking 3 seconds to lift the weight up then taking 1 second to bring it back down during one workout then changing to 2 seconds up and 3 seconds down the next thus are giving a different tempo every workout.

The idea behind this is that the muscles are constantly forced to adapt to the change in training and this makes the muscles grow in size.

The strength training phase involved lifting extremely heavy weights, as heavy as possible for as many reps as possible (normally around the 5 to 6 rep mark). This strength training doesn't necessarily build size but builds a huge strength base that saw Hugh benching 315 pounds (143 kg) by the time they started filming the Xmen: Origins film.

Each session whether it was a muscle building or strength training workout started off with a cardio warm up before moving into the weight session then finally finishing off with a cardio workout involving running or swimming for 20 minutes or so with the exception of Fridays.

Every Friday Hugh had bootcamp, this involved a huge and intense workout that saw him carrying out interval training (possibly with some Fartlek training) and a grueling bodyweight Calisthenic workout. The idea behind this workout was to improve his metabolism to keep him lean but also to enhance his strength, very much like a boxer or martial artist would do.

At the end of each phase (the last week) Hugh had only one weight lifting session and made the rest up in hard cardio sessions to trim off any fat he had accumulated over the weight lifting phase to keep that lean physique.

Ben Affleck Poses Wallpaper

Ben Affleck is one of Hollywood's best known leading men. He enjoyed some amazing popularity in the 90s as a pop culture phenomenon. True fans know that Ben has only gotten better with age. Some of my favorite Ben Affleck movies don't even come from the 90s, but are his latest work that really showcase his skills as an actor.

Too often movie reviews of my favorite Ben Affleck movies focus too much on all the little things. If you pick apart any movie it is easy to find flaws. As a fan of Ben, though, I like to just sit back and enjoy the movie. That is probably why my movie reviews are so positive. I am not looking for fault. I am just basking in the amazing talents of this wonderful actor.

A few of my favorite Ben Affleck movies are from his early career. I mean, most people agree that Good Will Hunting is a classic movie. It is no surprise that Ben won an Academy award for that one. Another of his hits that really touched me was Armageddon. That was a tear-jerker and no matter how many times I watch it I am crying like a baby by the end.

However, in recent years, Ben hasn't slowed down. Some of my favorite Ben Affleck movies of this decade include the legendary film, Pearl Harbor and the movie that showed off a whole other side of the actor, Daredevil. Ben was quoted as saying Daredevil was his favorite childhood superhero and that he took the role because it was important to him that the character was portrayed correctly.

My list of favorite Ben Affleck movies would not be complete without his latest works. I absolutely loved is bounty hunter role in Smokin' aces. Romantic comedies have not always been good to Ben, but he hit a home run with He's Just Not That Into You. That movie was box office gold. Ben teamed up with a hot cast to make a movie that had women rushing to the box office. It was a nice perk for Ben's career, which had been a little lacking.

The only thing that makes headlines more often than Ben's amazing acting talent are his relationships. Poor Ben has had to deal with some incredible snooping into his personal life. I think we all remember Bennifer. Thankfully, now he is happily married to Jennifer Garner with two beautiful baby girls.

Ben is not all about movies and relationship, though, he also has a humanitarian side that many people may not be aware. He has shown support for Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays, has supported those against stricter gun control and has shown major respect for former president, George W. Bush. Those are some things not everyone knows about this guy. He is more than an actor. He is a dad, a husband and an advocate. He stands up for what he believes in on and off screen, which is why I am one of his fans.

Bradley Cooper Poses Wallpaper

Having first obtained recognition for his role on the television show "Alias," Bradley Cooper has become a well-known actor who has gone on to appear in a number of films. Bradley Cooper was born on January 5, 1975 in Philadelphia. Cooper first attended Germantown Academy and later enrolled in Villanova University before transferring to Georgetown University. As a college student, Cooper spent several months as an exchange student in France and became fluent in French. After graduating from college, he attended the Actors Studio Drama School and received an MFA.

Cooper had previously begun to explore an acting career and launched that career with a role on "Sex and the City." His film debut arrived two years later, in 2001, when he landed a role on "Wet Hot American Summer." Around this time, Cooper was awarded what would become a breakout role for him on the television show "Alias." Although he eventually left the series in 2003, Cooper did return twice as a guest star. In 2002, Cooper was scheduled to appear in the film "Changing Lanes." The footage in which he appeared was later removed from the box office version of the film.

During this time, Cooper's career began to take off, and he appeared in the television movie "I Want to Marry Ryan Banks." The film also starred Jason Priestley. In addition, Cooper landed a role on the television series "Jack & Bobby" as a regular guest star. When Cooper appeared in the hit comedy "Wedding Crashers," his talent as a comedic actor became more widely recognized. Cooper next starred in "Failure to Launch" with Matthew McConaughey. In 2005, he portrayed the leading role on "Kitchen Confidential." The sitcom was based on a memoir penned by Anthony Bourdain. The sitcom received positive reviews, but it was later canceled.

Cooper did not remain idle for long. Within just a few months, he appeared in a Broadway production of "Three Days of Rain" along with Paul Rudd and Julia Roberts. Continuing to demonstrate the breadth of his talent, Cooper also went on to appear in "The Understudy" in a 2008 production at the Williamstown Theatre Festival.

By 2007, Cooper had landed the starring role of Aidan Stone in series "Nip/Tuck." The following year, Cooper appeared with Jim Carrey in the film "Yes Man." That same year, he also made an appearance with Rainn Wilson in "The Rocker." In an effort to continue demonstrating his ability to have audiences rolling with laughter, Cooper impersonated Christian Bale during a gig hosting "Saturday Night Live" in 2009. Later that year, Cooper kept busy by starring in three films. Of those films, "The Hangover" proved to be the most successful and ultimately grossed more than $467 million at the box office. Within just a few months, Cooper had been awarded the Hollywood Comedy Award at the Hollywood Film Festival and Hollywood Awards.

Following the financial success of his latest film, Cooper found a wealth of opportunities opened for him, including the opportunity to appear in two movies the following year. As part of an ensemble cast that included Jessica Alba, Ashton Kutcher, Anne Hathaway, and Jessica Biel, Cooper appeared in "Valentine's Day." The film also provided him with the opportunity to reunite with his former co-star from "Alias," Jennifer Garner. When the movie was released at the box office, it proved to be a massive success and brought in more than $215 million in worldwide sales.

Cooper then took on the role of Templeton Peck in the film "The A-Team." That was rapidly followed up by a starring role in the thriller "Limitless." Returning to comedy and a role that had previously proven to be so successful, Cooper also appeared in "The Hangover Part II." The sequel proved to be just as successful. By 2011, Cooper had become firmly cemented as a well-known celebrity and was named as the Sexiest Man Alive.

In 2012, Cooper appeared in the film "The Words." That year was quite busy for Cooper as he also appeared in what would become a hit film, "Silver Linings Playbook." Within just a few months, it was announced that Cooper would once again reunite with Jennifer Lawrence in the film "Serena." In addition to appearing in "The Place Beyond the Pines" in 2012, Cooper also made significant progress with his production company when he inked a first look deal with Warner Bros.

Daniel Craig Poses Wallpaper

For his second movie--- the Daniel Craig James Bond workout had a few minor changes.

In this article I will give you the details on his training program and I will go even further and provide you with a 3 phase diet program is designed to get you rock hard muscular and lean!

Daniel Craig who is now the sixth actor to play James Bond 007, has in a very short time stolen the crown of -- Best James Bond.

His first film... Casino Royale, grossed $593 million worldwide and according to magazines in the UK -- he's the highest-paid actor in Great Britain.

While I'm sure that his acting skills have played a big part in his "stealing" the crown, it is apparent to anyone that has watched his first James Bond movie... That he brought a new body to the screen.

While Roger Moore and Sean Connery brought class and distinction to the James Bond character Daniel Craig brought an edginess-- a muscular and ripped the body that left the women in the audience drooling. And so the need for a Daniel Craig James Bond workout

Perhaps it's this new exterior that James Bond is portraying on film (at last the film version is more closely matched with the actual book written by Ian Fleming) that has given Daniel Craig in the latest James Bond movie -- Quantum of Solace... eight stitches in his face and a dislocated shoulder.

With all these injuries it's certain that Daniel Craig may need to continue staying in shape for this role.

For this film the Daniel Craig James Bond workout focused more on cardiovascular training and less on muscular size. -- the workload was greater in Quantum of Solace than in his previous film.

This time around the Daniel Craig James Bond workout lasted only 45 minutes -- five days per week. Of course, his diet consisted of high protein and low carbs. Typically they would follow this ratio -- 50% protein -- 30% carbohydrates -- 20% fats.

In a proper muscle building guide program -- where the main goal is to put on as much muscle as possible while maintaining low levels of body fat... you are better off to do it over 13 weeks.

Chris Hemsworth Poses Wallpaper

Chris Hemsworth is an Australian actor known for taking on the role of the god of thunder in the 2011 movie "Thor" and in "The Avengers," which was released in 2012. He is also known for the role of Kim Hyde in "Home and Away," which is an Australian television soap opera. He was born on August 11, 1983 in Melbourne and was raised there and in the Northern Territory. His father, Craig, is a social services counselor, and his mother, Leonie, is an English teacher. He has two brothers: Liam and Luke. They are also actors.

Chris attended Heathmont College during his high school years. After he graduated, his family moved back to the Northern Territory. After a few years, they moved again to Phillip Island, which is situated about 87 miles from Melbourne, Victoria.

Hemsworth's acting career began in 2004. In the early months of that year, he was working as a bartender in a popular, elite nightclub in Melbourne called Silvers. He often encountered prominent people from the Australian film industry, such as Sebastian Zimmermann; it is likely where he received inspiration to begin an acting career. That same year, he auditioned for the role of Robbie Hunter in the Australian soap opera "Home and Away." He didn't get the part but was recalled and landed the role of Kim Hyde. He moved to Sydney as this is where the soap opera is largely filmed. He played that role until July 3, 2007, appearing in 171 episodes and receiving two Logie Award nominations. He won the Most Popular New Talent Award.

His first Hollywood role was as George Kirk in J.J. Abrams' film "Star Trek," which was released in 2009. George Kirk is the father of the legendary captain of the starship Enterprise, James T. Kirk. He only appeared in the early scenes and even though the movie itself was highly successful, Hemsworth's performance didn't receive the attention it deserved.

other Hollywood acting credits to his name include the 2009 psychological-thriller movie, "A Perfect Getaway," which was directed and written by David Twohy, and the role of Sam Phelan in the 2010 independent crime-thriller "Ca$h." This was actually his first film role when he arrived in the United States. He had only been in the country for six weeks when he auditioned for the part. Stephen Milburn Anderson, the director of "Ca$h," noticed his talent, looks, and perseverance and gave Hemsworth a role in the film. It was around this time that his acting talent began to attract attention in the right circles and his career started to move upward.

Hemsworth also starred in the movie "The Cabin in the Woods." It's a satirical horror flick that was released in 2012 and produced by Joss Whedon. After shooting finished and largely through Joss Whedon's insistence and cajoling, Hemsworth auditioned for and landed the role of Thor.

Chris Hemsworth shot to international stardom because of his performance as the Asgardian superhero in the 2011 movie "Thor." That movie, produced by Kevin Fiege, is based on the Marvel Comics superhero of the same name. Hemsworth has since returned to the same role in the 2012 superhero film "The Avengers," which was produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Motion Pictures. It grossed more than $1.5 billion and is currently the third highest-grossing film of all time. The movie is hugely popular around the world, and it has earned many awards and nominations. It is also the fastest movie to gross $1 billion. The success of these two films alone has brought Hemsworth massive fame and a lot of fans

Taylor Lautner Poses Wallpaper

On February 11, 1992, actor Taylor Lautner was born in Michigan to Deborah and Daniel Lautner. With a mixed heritage, he developed a competitive edge at a very early age when he began competing in martial arts competitions.

Lautner began his training in karate at the age of six and started competing the following year where he won many tournaments. After training, from the age of eight, with Michael Chaturantabut, a seven-time world champion, he represented the US for the 12 and under age range of the World Karate Association Championships. At those competitions he walked away with three golds and the title of Junior World Forms and Weapons Champion. In succeeding years he won many more championships and by the age of 12 had secured three Junior World Championships, black belt division.

His exposure on the world scene also afforded him the opportunity to expand into the field of acting. Although he failed to receive a casting for a Burger King ad when he was seven, he told his parents it was something he wanted to pursue and soon became a frequent flier between Michigan and California. In order to help him achieve success in his chosen field, when he was ten his family moved to Los Angeles after which he began auditioning on a full-time basis as well as pursuing his passions for football and baseball.

Taylor booked his first role in a television-made movie called "Shadow Fury." Roles on "My Wife and Kids" and "The Bernie Mac Show" in 2001 soon followed and he has enjoyed fairly steady employment ever since. Many roles have included providing voices for characters such as in "What's New, Scooby-Doo?" and "Charlie Brown." At the age of thirteen, however, Lautner won the role of Shark boy in the animated film "The Adventures of Shark boy and Lava girl 3-D" launching him into the spotlight in the movie industry.

Shortly after his Shark boy role, Taylor successfully secured the role of Eliot in "Cheaper by the Dozen 2" where he was teamed with the likes of Steve Martin, Bonnie Hunt, Eugene Levy and many others who helped him hone his skills. This journey has also generated a new interest in fields such as scriptwriting and directing which he has been able to practice at his high school where he has made two movies.

One role that continues to serve him extremely well is his Native-American character, Jacob Black, of the "Twilight" movies. He had to work hard to keep the same role as the sequel was cast, but won the role back after he gained 30 pounds in muscle following an intense weight-training program. He has also continued to expand career boundaries with a role in "Valentine's Day" as well as serving as the youngest host ever invited on "Saturday Night Live."
